    I’ve never had them at all! I’d love to try them chopped up on my porridge, maybe in rice salads (I usually use walnuts) – and definitely as snack.

    I would eat them as a snack – but recently I’ve been crushing nuts and spreading them on all sorts of things. This week for example, I enjoyed many a pancake with crushed toppings on them :)
