Boy has it been a while since I posted but I’m back baby! Super delicious and nutritious, these Chewy Chocolate Seed Bars are packed full of healthy fats and low in carbohydrates making them great if you’re on a low-carb or Paleo diet. They’re also made with unprocessed, all-natural ingredients and are nut-free too! So they kinda make a great school-packed lunch dessert and are suitable for all the family. I honestly make these quite a bit at home and even like to substitute the maple syrup for a high-quality stevia syrup instead.
As some of you may, or may not know, I freelance for Ninja Kitchen as their Food Photographer and Stylist, but I also get to do my own recipe development every month. These yummy bars were made using their new Foodi ZEROSTICK 22cm Square Cake Tin. Their new ZEROSTICK Bakeware line is bloody insanely good and I’m always making brownies in this tin too.
If you’re feeling hungry and want to know how to make these bad boys head on over to Ninja Test Kitchen for the recipe…
