Wanna win these Raspberry Fondant Easter Eggs made by my fair hands?! I’ve teamed up with the amazing yboo in order to celebrate the launch of their brand new My Coverage Map – a super amazing in-app feature that allows users to see how strong their mobile signal is to let them know their #propercoverage. To celebrate both occasions, yboo is introducing a fun competition called #booseastertrail and I know you guys will just love it!
What’s Up For Grabs?
The lucky winner gets to sample not 1 but 3 whole Raspberry Creme Eggs made by me. The outer shell is my raw vegan milk chocolate that has been stone ground by for 4 whole days, and the middle a nut-free creme fondant filling sweetened with xylitol and freeze dried raspberries. Every element has been hand made by myself using only high-quality, organic ingredients and a whopping handful of love… Many tears were shed as I painstakingly worked for 3 days straight to perfect these little guys and I’m not even exaggerating. I didn’t realise exactly how hard it would be to keep chocolate in temper with a hairdryer or that I’d end up plugging a mini dehumidifier into my fridge to prevent the chocolate from blooming. It took 3 separate attempts and I modified the filling quite a few times too.
These beautiful eggs are suitable for those on gluten, nut, and dairy free diets as well as Paleo and vegan diets too so they’re accessible to pretty much anyone. To enter just read the entry requirements section below!
Head over to yboo’s latest Instagram or Facebook post and watch the video. Hunt for the egg on their map. Is it where Boo works, lives or hangs out? Follow and comment with your answer on their video and tag that special someone you’d love to share the chocolate with (if they’re lucky enough!).
*Competition open to UK entrants only aged 18 and over. No purchase necessary. Competition closes midnight 22nd April 2019. (All times GMT.)
Good luck you beautiful lot and have a smashing Easter…
