It’s a been a while since I’ve shared my Ninja Kitchen recipes via my site so apologies for that! But, I’m back and with an absolute banger of a recipe – my Raspberry Cheesecake Lollies. They’re really easy to make, look gorgeous, and taste delicious (obviously). You don’t need any fancy equipment to make them either – just a food processor (I’d highly recommend one of the Ninja Kitchen Systems which are currently on sale), a lolly mould, some lolly sticks, and a freezer because otherwise, you’d just end up with a squishy mess.
These Raspberry Cheesecake Lollies are a healthy and fun take on a regular no-bake cheesecake. Super simple to make and vegan and Paleo-friendly!

Taste-wise these lollies are quite like my White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake, but a lot less heavy so they don’t fill you up as much. I also use similar ingredients and a similar marbling technique that’s really easy and gives you amazing results. If you aren’t a fan of raspberry you can literally replace the fruit puree with any other frozen fruit of your choosing and you can even throw in extras like a little booze – 100% agave tequila works well. Or if alcohol isn’t your bag and you just wanna chill why not throw in a little CBD? Either way, just keep the base the same and make the rest your own if you want.
