I’m looking forward to 2016. It’s not a case of New Year new me. It’s New Year improved me. I’m going to experiment a lot more with different foods and will be following this blog, Facebook and Twitter for ideas. I’m also going to try different forms of exercise. It’s time to mix things up a bit.

Hi Francesca – that’s the best response ever! You are so right it should always be the ‘improved me’ and not ‘new me’. What kind of exercise do you want to try this year? It’s all about mixing things up. Thanks for entering and good luck 🙂

Hi, it’s not really a resolution, but having recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I found your website whilst searching for ways to try and heal myself and have recently started The Paleo Diet which is helping. I’m very interested in anything natural and as the Doctors don’t have enough Knowledge or care enough about the daily battles with this illness it’s great to have blogs and websites made by people who care. Thanks

I will have a little search and see if I can find something more specific to your needs. Things like turmeric and fresh ginger are really great for pain relief. I aim to try a new recipe each week, so far I have got a bit carried away and tried a different recipe almost everyday! The nut butters would mean that I could make lots of yummy desserts that I haven’t yet had chance to try 🙂

Hi Emma, I would LOVE to try a new recipe every week! I can’t believe that you’ve managed to make one every day – you’ll be blogging your own recipes in no time 😉 The Myprotein nut butters are great and fab for making raw desserts with too. Thanks for entering and good luck!

My goals / resolutions for this year are to get back into exercise again. I have rejoined the gym and I am certain the Gym Buddy Post-Workout Bundle would help me ease my (inevitable) aches and pains!

My resolution is to improve my diet by eating les sugar..etc and drink more fruit/herbal teas, so the t+ drinks would be ideal, as would the cashew and almond butters as I’ve been dying to incorporate them, but haven’t yet been able to justify the cost!

I have been feeling so run down and rubbish lately, I need a thorough detox!

Hi Victoria, cutting out sugar is a fantastic way to detox and get your energy back! I know what you mean about nut butters but once you buy them they last quite a while! You don’t really want to exceed 1 tbsp a day. Thanks for entering and good luck 🙂

Mine is just to look after myself better, I’m pretty happy with my weight and eat well but my immune system isn’t great, I’m always run down so I think I need to exercise more and eat foods that will boost my immunity, so this bundle will definitely help with this.

having always been fairly fit and slim, a couple of years ago I was laid low by an illness that kept me housebound for over 2 years. Now recovering, I need to regain fitness and also lose the extra pounds I accumulated due to my medication and not being able to do any exercise, not even walking. My resolution is to try to gradually increase the amount I do each day so that I can get back to more or less how I used to be.
