If you’re looking for the world’s easiest slushy recipe for summer then look no further than my healthy Blueberry Slushies that are made from all natural ingredients and totally free from processed sugars or flavourings. Just frozen fruit, a little maple syrup or agave, ice, and some blue spirulina for an added antioxidant boost. As always I used my Ninja Smart Screen Food Processor to create an amazing slushy consistency.

The kids absolutely loved these slushies and it’s something that I know I can whip up in a matter of minutes for them in the middle of summer. They’re so fun to drink through straws too – in fact, I bought some extra wide stainless steel straws because we all need to chip in to help save the planet right?! Plus they are perfect for drinking slushies with and really easy to clean. If you’re not a fan of blueberries then don’t worry, pretty much any frozen berry or fruit will work in this recipe and if you like a runnier consistency feel free to add a little water or coconut water when blending.
