Black Forest Smoothie Bowl (Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan)

Cool off in this hot weather with my Black Forest Smoothie Bowl - simple, delicious, and healthy ingredients to get that glow!
For the smoothie:
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1-2 cups fresh cherries (pitted)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • ⅛ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ⅛ cup water
To decorate:
  • Fresh cherries
  • Raw chocolate
  • Cacao powder
  • Cacao nibs
  1. Whilst preparing your smoothie place your bowl into the freezer.
  2. Place all ingredients (except for the toppings) into a high powered blender and blend until smooth! (I used the 'sorbet' setting on my Froothie Optimum Blender.)
  3. Remove your bowl from the freezer, pour in your smoothie, add your toppings, and serve!
