Ginseng and Goji Breakfast Balls (Raw Vegan, Paleo)

These Ginseng and Goji Breakfast Balls are packed with antioxidant-rich goji berries and Panax Ginseng to keep you energised and focused for the day ahead.
  • 175g medjool dates
  • 65g goji berries
  • 60g cashews
  • 30g porridge oats (can be replaced with hemp hearts)
  • 25g hemp hearts
  • 10g Hybrid Herbs Ginseng Powder
  • 1-2 tsp lemon or orange extract
  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor. Pulse a few times before processing until the dough comes together and is fairly smooth. You will see a few small specs of cashew running through your dough but nothing too chunky.
  2. Portion into 10 equal pieces and roll into balls. Each ball will weigh roughly 38g. Store in an airtight container, lined with greaseproof paper, in the fridge or a cool dark place. Consume within 2 weeks of making.
