UK Delivery

  • If you spend £50 or more, UK Delivery will be free.
  • All other orders will be charged a flat rate of £2.99 for UK delivery.
  • Delivery will take 1-2 working days to any UK address, but slightly longer if your delivery address is in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

International Delivery

  • Delivery to EU countries will be £2.99, USA £9.99, and the rest of the world (countries listed below) £14.99.
  • We only ship to the countries listed below.
  • If you wish to ship an order to another country, please contact us first.
  • Delivery will usually take 5-10 working days.

Delivery Terms

  • All orders received within a day will ship out the following working day (Monday-Friday).
  • In the rare event that there is a shortage of stock to fulfil your order we will advise you as soon as we can.
  • We will ship to the delivery address you specify and cannot be held responsible if the address entered is inaccurate.
  • We strictly do not ship to PO boxes.

What if I’m Not In?

  • You may submit comments to be passed to the delivery agents, such as instructions about where to leave your package if you are not in.
  • To guarantee a smooth delivery we advise you to ensure somebody will be in to receive the package.
  • If delivery cannot be made, a delivery card will be left by our agents to advise you that an attempt to deliver was made.
  • An attempt will automatically be made to deliver the following working day.
  • There will also be instructions on the card advising of other options for collection and delivery available at your discretion, including redelivering at a different time/date, redelivering to a different address, and collecting from a nearby post office.

Damaged Products

  • In the rare event that any of the items in your package arrive damaged, we will replace them for you without any additional charge.
  • To report a damaged product please call email us immediately upon receipt.


  • If you decide you do not want any item in your order then you can return it to us within 14 days provided that it is not opened and is in the same condition in which it arrived.
  • We will issue you a full refund for the item or an exchange.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item which is not faulty.
  • If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty we will issue a replacement product free of charge.
  • To return a product please email us first for authorisation.
